**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join the Supply Chain team and assist in warehouse functions, including the receipt and issuance of goods to all Business Units, while ensuring the safe and secure storage of all items. This role will report to Warehouse & Logistics Lead.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carry out warehouse functions according to established warehouse system and SOPs
- Ensure daily goods received are in good condition that match the purchase order before delivered to requestors
- Perform monthly & yearly cycle count, housekeeping, and maintenance of warehouse. Work with the Warehouse & Logistics Lead to determine optimum inventory levels and proactively monitor levels to ensure that new orders are entered in a timely manner
- Picking, packing, and dispatching deliveries to the labs
- Coordinate with laboratory technicians to receive new shipments and process them in a timely manner, including matching delivery to purchase orders, updating inventory data, notifying purchasers, and initiating invoicing procedures
- Any other duties as assigned by Warehouse & Logistics Lead.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- N-Level, O-Level, ITE or equivalent qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Possess good communication skills and a team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external partners
- Ability to work independently and with the flexibility to handle workflow in a fast-paced start-up environment
