**Responsibilities**: - Receiving, put-away, picking and shipping operation - Un-stuffing and stuffing of container operation - To carry out warehouse operations using warehouse management system - Update Anixter System on a timely basis and e nsure the accuracy of system transactions - Liaise with forwarder, buyers and customer service to ensure inbound goods are received in the system promptly with accurate cost - Liaise with inside sales, warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods - E nsure customers’ delivery requirements/expectations are fully understood and met - Coordinate with inside sales, buyers and customer service to process RA (goods return from customers), RTV (goods return to vendors) timely and properly when necessary and upon approval. - Coordinate with customer service team, buyer and transport manager on inbound discrepancies (RDR) - Conduct daily WCC system (warehouse cycle count) and to ensure cycle-count adjustments are processed in system in a timely manner - Conduct weekly block audit in the warehouse to ensure accuracy of locators as per system - Cable cutting, Ready Services tasks and supply chain services deployment programs - Assist facility associate in facilities maintenance - Participate in warehouse’s quality management, sustainability and HS & E program - Other assigned task as advised by warehouse supervisor. **Requirements**: - O/N Level / ITE or related Operation/Logistics Management certificate - Min 2 years' of relevant working experience - **Possess forklift license **.
