To protect the integrity of the LME’s warehousing network by ensuring that metal stored on warrant meets the LME’s storage standards and that the warehouse companies conform to the terms of the warehouse agreement.

Responsibilities:

- To conduct administrative and warehouse audits to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Policies, and Special Contract Rules as outline.
- To inspect new warehouses upon request.
- To answer queries relating to brands being placed on warrant
- To act as a conduit regarding brand queries with producers in Asia
- To provide assistance as needed in the monthly closing process by consolidating various reports.

Required Knowledge and Level of Experience:

- Understanding of terms and conditions of warehouse agreement
- Understanding of LME Policy on the Approval and Operation of Warehouses.
- Understanding of Special Contact rules for metals
- Understanding of reporting requirements of warehouse companies

Skills set and Core Competencies Required for Role:

- Ability to communicate with warehouse companies at different levels
- Understanding of LMEsword system
- Ability to prepare reports
