The IT Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and shipping products, and ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. They must have basic computer skills and be able to lift heavy objects. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the successful incumbent will be assigned to work on the following tasks:

- Pick and packing of shipments
- Receiving / Put-away and transfers
- Receiving of incoming shipments from appointed Freight Forwarders
- Perform cycle counts and transact via handheld systems
- Wrapping and labelling of items
- Shipment coordination Ad-hoc duties to be perform when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience and ability to use a handheld computer
- Ability to lift 20-25kg of goods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team playing skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office - Excel and MS Word
- Knowledge and ability to operation of different WMS System
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working experience working in a Warehouse environment is an advantage
- Required Skill(s): Shipping coordination, inventory control, warehousing coordination, pick and pack of shipment, freight forwarder coordination
Flexibility to work over-time or on Saturday during peak period or on ad-hoc basis
