Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily warehouse activities (receiving goods, order picking, data recording, etc).
- Plan and utilise warehouse space (pallet racking/ forklift/reach trucks)
- Conduct & reconcile weekly cycle counts, ensure accuracy of transactions of finished goods, raw materials & packaging items.
- Manage disposals of products according to local regulations.
- Oversee staff performance, provide training, identify improvements and manage relationships between shopfloor team and management.
- Coordinate with 3PL service providers, internal stakeholders (eg. production, quality, customer service) to ensure smooth order management experience.
- Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports related to warehouse (eg. Inventory, space utilization, on-time receiving & resources).
- Ensure compliance to all warehouse procedures, 5S, safety and audit requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in warehouse/logistics management or equivalent.
- **Min 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in warehouse/logistics operations.**:

- **Valid forklift & reach truck license.**:

- Basic knowledge of handling chemical products.
- WMS or SAP would be advantageous.

Location : Jurong GUL Lane (company bus from various MRT stations - Jurong EAst, BoonLay, Bedok)

Working Hours : Mon to Fri, 815am to 5pm
