As a Warehouse and Yard Associate, you are to execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse and yard activities which include receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, accuracy, and the delivery of inventory to internal and external customers.

As a Warehouse & Yard Associate, you will be responsible for:

- Verifying and receiving inbound deliveries of materials from suppliers and Baker Hughes plants from other location.
- Performing system transactions in timely and accurate manner.
- Performing cycle count of stocks to ensure accurate cleanup and maintained inventory.
- Communicating and coordination with internal stakeholder, suppliers and 3PL vendor on warehouse and logistics matters.
- Maintaining and updating department policies and procedures.
- Supporting warehouse administrative functions and internal/external audits.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent level of education or with good relevant experience.
- Have ability to read and interpret routine instruction, correspondence, and memos.
- Be good team player and display good communication skills.
- Have ability to work inside or outside in hot temperature.
- Have proficiency in multiple software systems (Outlook, SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Have ability to work in fast paced environment.
