Sr Program Manager, Apj Field Technical Operations

8+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Technical proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and preferably Tableau or QuickSight
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

This position will own and execute the business strategy for the geo as well as experiment, drive and scale initiatives with high impact on customers and our organization. This position will support cross area program and be responsible for implementing KPIs and measuring performance of the organization, supplying the management team with relevant and timely data and facts on health of the functions.

This position will work with the several stakeholders supporting the Commercial Sales organization, such as Sales, Business Development, Professional Services, Partner, and the Worldwide Solution Architects team to facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination and alignment. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies.

Key job responsibilities

As a Sr Program Manager in our team, your role is critical and highly visible across the organization. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Unearth potential high-impact and scalable ideas from SAs and experiment on them.
- Accelerate the expansion of initiatives by providing thought leadership, data and visibility to SAs
- Determine the definition of the goals, drive programs and tooling across the Solution Architect team to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve attainment of strategic objectives
- Track and report all key performance indicators, goals, efficiency and trend analyses;
- Define requirements for SA specific tooling to support processes and optimize their day to day work;
- Collaborate with other operations managers to identify and implement best practices;
- Ensure consistent and efficient execution of all functions by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes and programs.

A day in the life

On a typical day, you'd be working with several leaders sharing your vision, data and ideas on bringing the best to our customers by prioritising best initiatives, sharing what is working and what is not, and writing your thoughts on taking the team performance to next level. You'd also be working with several of your peers across the world sharing your lessons and learning from their experiences to bring the best to the Geo and share the best from Geo. You'd also be planning all hands, learning sessions, offsites and other events to build inclusive and open culture.

- A proven track record of developing highly-impactful, large-scale programs that deliver positive community impact.
- Experience building community relationships.
- Experience with budget management and driving results using metrics and analytics, providing a cadence of progress reports against annual goals.
