Program Manager

Basic qualifications
- At least 8+ years' experience working in Business Development, Sales, Strategy and/or Business Operations areas directly engaging with Sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven strong track record in managing multiple projects and program management with ability to lead and drive initiatives that meet rapidly evolving business needs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong business-process design experience, preferred in Sales or related field
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound business judgment even in ambiguous situation and proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.
- Ability to work independently in a highly-matrixed organisation while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Committed work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to roll up sleeves and take ownership of multiple tasks to achieve goals.

Job summary
At Amazon we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. The APJ CSC (Cloud Sales Centre) Program Management Office (PMO) team is the integration powerhouse of the newly formed APJ Cloud Sales organisation who focus on new customer acquisitions across APJ at scale. Being the most agile and adoptive PMO, you will have exciting opportunity to drive CSC Sales organisation’s strategic priorities forward, enabling our sales engine to scale efficiently and rapidly in the high-growth cloud business. You will be managing the experiment launchpad hub - building mechanism, launching the experiment and recommending if the experiments are ready for new levels of activity for further scaling across APJ or to halt. Additionally, you lead and support other initiatives to drive operational and enablement excellence for our sales organization. You will gain opportunity to work cross-functionally and cross-geographically (including with other regional worldwide teams) as you collaborate with internal stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Partner, Specialist, Segment, Training and Certification teams.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager who is passionate about experimenting, managing lifecycle of multiple cross-functional programs and focus on program prioritization, simplification and integration with cross-team coordination to accelerate innovation and speed delivery to our sellers and customers. You are energized by rapid innovation, solving business and customer challenges. Projects also includes AI/ML-powered predictive sales tools by working with internal experts or external parties to drive customised delightful customer engagement and experience while achieving optimal sales representative productivity. To do so, you need to identify problems and gaps, analyze data to generate insights, present and implement your proposal.

You are a self-starter, takes initiative and strives in ambiguity with the ability to influence multi-functionally and has the willingness to roll up sleeves to operate in a dynamic environment. You have a growth mindset, “can-do” spirit with a strong sense of ownership to execute end-to-end projects.

- Demonstrate expertise in being data-driven, detail-oriented, results-oriented, analytical and strong financial/business acumen
- MBA or University degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a bonus
