Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA’s.
- Maintain and monitor contract signed with all OTA’s and contract terms & conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage and motivate our reservations front desk team to maximize occupancy rates and revenue, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met or exceeded.
- Maintain and manage our booking engine/reservation system.
- Be experienced in using a hotel Property Management System, PMS.
- Understand, analyze and predict customer demand and booking trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including any small groups booking thru OTA.
- Prepare sales and revenue reports and present them to the management.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to explain services and facilities to guest.
- Assist guest with special requests or problems with reservations or accommodations.
- As part of the hotel team, you will use your skills to contribute, support, and problem’s solved as needed.
- Organize and oversee all reservations activities, including making sales calls if needed and soliciting new business trends.
- Manage all bookings present and furure as well as manage and retain relationships with all existing OTA’s/trade partners and any new OTA’s/trade partners.
- Working together with system administrators for any new reservation system integration.
- Research and recommend room rates for Implementation and Assist in dealing with customer complaints and comments and Assist in dealing with problems as they arise and day-to-day trouble shooting.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
- Assist in planning and organizing accommodation and Responsible for the day-to-day management of the OTA booking of the Hotel.
- Overall commercial responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and co-coordinating the work and resources involved in running services like front-of-house (reception, concierge, cafeteria, and reservation).
- Confer and cooperate with management personnel in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures.
- Enforce compliance of operations personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
- Assist in recruiting, monitoring of staffs and Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Hotel operations.
- Keep abreast of competitor room rate changes and recommend adjustment of room rate as necessary.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
