**Job Title: Finance Executive (BYD/Denza)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions for aftersales department
- Review and process reimbursements
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments
- Create and manage Purchase orders
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Participate in commission, incentive calculations
- Manage contractors payments & billings
- Liaising with contractors for any aftersales related
- Create contact list book for necessary contractors
- Input supplier payments and prepare payment listings
- Opening and Closing after collection of payment from customers
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including update accounts receivable and payable, issue tax invoices timely and accurately.
- Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary.
- Prepare monthly different type of finance reports and submit to HQ.
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and MS Excel (pivot table and vlookup).
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, as needed.
- Ability to handle full set of accounts is preferred.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or above, preferably in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
- Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and MS Excel.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
- Pleasant personality and good team player.
- Experiences in ERP system
- Experiences with Automotive trade is welcome
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
