It's a multi-concept lifestyle and entertainment venue, featuring five distinct spaces designed to delight: from a welcoming lobby bar perfect for both work and relaxation, to a sophisticated fine dining steakhouse, an energetic ultralounge, a refined cocktail bar with live entertainment, and even a rooftop swimming pool offering stunning city views

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**:Manage and oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of dues.
- **Cost Control**:Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with industry standards.
- **Financial Analysis**:Conduct detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- **Collaboration with Operations**: Work closely with the F&B operations and Management teams to ensure alignment between financial objectives and business goals, providing financial guidance on new initiatives, pricing strategies, and cost management.
- **Taxation and Statutory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including GST and corporate tax filings. Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- **Cash Flow Management**:Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure efficient financial management.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes to ensure accurate inventory management and reporting.
- **Audit and Compliance**:Conduct regular internal bar and kitchen audits to prevent pilferages and wastages.
- Manage and reconcile Point of Sale (POS) system transactions, ensuring smooth integration with accounting and CRM systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the F&B or hospitality management is a significant advantage, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in conducting internal auditing and stock take
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, attention to details with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
