As we expand our creative team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Executive to join our Singapore Studio.

**Financial** **Operations**:

- Job Processing & WIP Management: Ensuring proper job setup, managing work-in-progress (WIP)
- Cash Flow Forecasting Preparing and updating cash flow forecasts, ensuring accurate tracking of inflows and outflows to support financial decision-making.
- Working Capital Management & Reporting: Maintaining and submitting the Working Capital Workbook, ensuring efficient monitoring of receivables, payables, and liquidity.
- Daily Financial Transactions: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure the internal financial system is up to date with relevant data.
- Bank Reconciliations: Prepare and review bank reconciliations in a timely manner to ensure accuracy in cash balances and reporting.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage client code creation, generate accurate and timely client billings upon receipt of necessary documents (signed contracts, POs, etc.), and review the aging of unbilled reports. Issue credit notes and manage pre-billing processes as required.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Handle creditor code creation, process payments upon receipt of complete documents (vendor invoices, POs, etc.), and facilitate urgent or ad-hoc payments as needed.
- Audit Support: Assist with company audits, particularly in handling AR and AP-related queries, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
- Ad-hoc Finance Duties: Support additional finance duties as needed, including intercompany transactions and credit control responsibilities, contributing to the overall finance function.

**What you have done**:

- Experience handling both AR and AP functions is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, able to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote, with strong organizational skills.
