**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Lead the finance organization in APAC region. Be a mentor and leader to all finance associates to ensure they can carry out their responsibilities to the required standard
- Be business partner for APAC Commercial and Operational leaders in developing and executing their business plans
- Responsible for ensuring all account reconciliations for the region are prepared/reviewed on time and within policy standards. Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting
- Prepare and maintain yearly budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances from budget and communicating variances with Corporate Finance and the local management team on monthly basis
- Work closely with the International Controller and US Corporate Finance teams to stay up to date with policy and/or process changes and quickly implement for the APAC region. Advise the International Controller, OpCo CFO, and regional management team on any financial issues, as needed
- Be the regional ambassador for financial and operational compliance of OpCo and DHR policies, as well as being the APAC lead for ERP or other Finance software implementations
- Ensure that the local GAAP, US GAAP and tax accounts of the company are properly maintained and in compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws and IDT policies. Partner with legal department to ensure that all statutory and corporate governance documents are properly maintained and updated

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelors’ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent required. CPA/CA preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a large multi-national corporation Finance department
- SAP experience will be preferred
- Great communicator, both written and oral communication.
- Dynamic person, hands on and problem solver.
- Ability to communicate within and across a mixed culture
- Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
