**JOB ROLE**:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our church, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Collaborate with the Treasurer and Board to manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow.

2. Maintain oversight of accounting processes and vendor relationships.

3. Direct the independent audit process.

4. Provide financial reports to the Board of Directors and ministries as required.

5. Lead and develop the finance team and volunteers.

6. Manage invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and missionaries.

7. Ensure payroll is processed promptly.

8. Prepare tax-related documents as needed.

9. Develop yearly budgets for Board approval.

10. Coordinate with auditors for timely completion of financial audits.11.Monitor adherence to budget by church stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATIONS - PROFESSIONAL**:
1. Experience with non-profit organizations and church regulations preferred.

2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3. Familiarity with banking transactions is advantageous.

4. Strong analytical skills.

5. Proficient in Word and Excel

6. Organized with attention to detail in account reconciliation and reporting.

7. Maintains confidentiality of all account records.

8. Reliable attendance

**OTHER DETAILS**:
1. Position available as Full Time or Part Time.

2. Flexible schedule including office hours, Sunday and occasional Saturday services/events, evening activities, and travel for camps.

3. Compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
