At our AI logistics startup, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of engineers, developers, and logistics professionals who are committed to using cutting-edge technology to improve the delivery experience for merchants and customers alike, while also reducing the carbon footprint of city logistics.
- Monitoring of full business systems and financial health
- Reporting financial results timely and accurately
- Preparation of ad hoc analysis as required by Management
- Preparing of regular forecasts & annual budget
- Monthly closing of accounts
- Take responsibility for transactional account accruals and provisions, ensuring integrity of data is correct and anomalies are investigated and reported accordingly
- Investigate Variances, collaborate with departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
- Manage cash flow (AP/AR), review policies if required
- Keep records and document financial processes.
- Assist with audits, tax preparations and other statutory requests
- Provide information to operations to support continuous improvement of business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units (sales, finance, hr, operations, compliance etc) to drive and implement strategic initiatives for business profitability
- Support day-to-day operations where required (HR, Operations)

**Requirements/ Qualifications/ Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or in a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Accountancy/Finance
- Proficiency in integrated financial management software and productivity tools
- Cloud accounting/finance softwares (ERPs, Microsoft/Google suite, Other productivity tools_
- Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax codes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to multitask
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superb organisational and time-management skills

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
