**Description**:

- ** Financial Reporting & Compliance**: Prepare financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings in compliance with standards and local regulations.
- ** Budgeting & Forecasting**:Assist in drafting and monitoring budgets, forecasting cash flows, and managing funding needs.
- ** Taxation & Audit**:Ensure timely tax filings (e.g., GST) and coordinate with auditors for successful audits.
- ** Accounts Management**:Oversee billing, collections, accounts payable, and maintain accurate aging reports.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Mentor junior staff and coordinate with departments for efficient financial operations.
- Perform hands-on management of daily finance and accounting activities (AR/AP, P&L, balance sheets, GST submissions).

**Support the Finance Manager in**:

- Preparing and reporting quarterly consolidated financial statements.
- Reviewing financial statements of group companies.
- Preparing for financial closings and audits.
- Developing and reviewing annual budgets.
- Managing cash flows for group companies.
- Review and approve daily payment transactions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
