**Qualifications**:

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated interest in employee engagement and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the HR team to plan a calendar of employee engagement activities, such as team-building exercises, holiday parties, and wellness programs
- Set up equipment, welcome attendees, facilitate activities, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
- Collect feedback from participants, prepare thank-you notes or follow-up communications, and assist in evaluating the success of the event for future planning by using statistical tools (Excel)
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing the findings from the data analysis
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and propose initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction based on the analyzed data.
- Assist in the implementation of proposed initiatives, tracking their progress, and evaluating their impact on employee satisfaction and engagement.
