**Reports to**:Regional Senior FP&A Analyst

Objective:
This role is part of a team responsible for reporting, forecasting and analysis of Asia Pacific Region’s Financial and Management results. This role offers a great balance of interesting and challenging work in a brilliant work environment with exposure across many business units.

The Role:

- Provide necessary support for the monthly forecasting and budgeting process which includes running and updating of the Regional managed processes. Involve in maintenance of the management reporting tool for those related processes.
- Helping out in compilation of Market submissions and perform basic checks to ensure they are in order. Maintain the deadline checker and communicate to countries to ensure deadlines are met.
- Involve in month end closing which includes preparation and posting of ad-hoc journals where required and preparation of the deferral of solicitation costs journals for all markets in the Region.
- Assist in the Quarterly Market Review which includes preparation of power point deck and templates and perform checks on the completed Market decks which are to be circulated to higher management.
- Involve in annual budgeting process - running of Regional managed processes, preparation of budget reports, power point slides and related templates for circulation to Markets. Assist in preparation of templates for power point deck submission to Head Office.
- Manage and update of certain accounting reconciliations
- Work closely with the team on any projects which includes participating in UAT, identifying issues, helping out in implementing fixes, communication with Market FP&A teams etc.
- Support team on any enquires by stakeholders
- Other ad hoc tasks

Skills, Experience, Qualities Required:

- Degree or equivalent in Accountancy
- Preferably 3-5 years accounting/ FP&A experience
- Experience in using TM1 would be a plus
- Excellent excel skills
- Proactive with a can-do positive attitude, able to work under pressure and able to work well under tight deadlines
- Possess an analytical mind and able to drill down to details as required
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of the English language
- Strong orientation to teamwork and partnering
