**Your role**
- Would you like to make an impact on the development of our people and culture? Do you have it in you to support dynamic projects working with senior stakeholders?
- We're looking for a Project Officer to help drive the People & Culture mission of UBS Singapore; Creating a Future Ready Workforce; Prioritizing Employee Wellbeing & Engagement; Driving UBS Culture & Ways of Working. Under the People & Culture Team you will:
- Deliver the mission of the UBS-SUPER Academy in upskilling and increasing the employability of fresh graduates in UBS
- Manage program dashboards and reporting across other streams including UBS Careers and Workforce of the Future
- Drive research and initiatives to keep up to date with workforce disruptions and trends

The role requires an interest in matters related to people and good communication skills to be able to coordinate with SMEs and UBS leaders

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the People & Culture team in Singapore. The team is dynamic, bringing together different views and acting strategically after understanding the needs of the staff in Singapore.
- The team is open to new ideas and works in an agile way, ever ready to change the way we work if it benefits our overall strategy.

**Your expertise**
- Minimum 6 years of work experience
- Strategic thinking
- Agile and Growth mindset
- Ability to manage stakeholders
- Ability to research and develop basic proposals of new ideas for consideration
- Project management
- Basic Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic administrative know-how
