**About the Role**

We are looking for an ambitious People & Culture Intern to join our Singapore team This internship offers hands-on experience across HR operations, office management, and employee engagement, while providing exposure to how HR functions in a scale-up environment. You will be responsible for ensuring solid administrative support for onboarding and offboarding employees, help us maintain employee records, and contribute positively to office culture and engagement activities If this sounds interesting to you, we are happy to speak with you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support onboarding administration (preparing documents, scheduling orientation, updating records).
- Assist with HR data management, documentation, and filing with MOM requirements.
- Help coordinate office operations including supplies, vendors, and facilities.
- Organize and run small-scale engagement activities such as weekly socials or employee events.
- Provide ad hoc support to the People & Culture team on projects as required.

**Projects You might work on**
- Employee Onboarding Experience Revamp project - you will work with different teams to build on the onboarding experience for our new employees in Singapore.
- AI/Tech in HR Exploration - we are constantly looking for ways to improve our workflows and introduce new automations and technologies.

**Accountabilities of the Role**
- Ensure timely and accurate administrative support for onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain well-organized employee records and data files.
- Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the Singapore office.
- Contribute positively to office culture and engagement activities.
