You will build effective relationships with stakeholders and managers as a trusted advisor to support the delivery of People and Culture strategy across the Asia region. Providing dedicated support to the People and Culture Business Partners, you will help manage day-to-day operations, as well as support the execution of employee engagement and talent strategies to drive an engagement and inclusive culture.- What you offer
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for a career in People and Culture with abasic understanding of HR principles and practices in Asia
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable working with data, including data analysis and reporting
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, resilient and responsible team player with a growth mindset
- Experience in event management is an advantage.
