**Responsibilities:
**Reporting to the APAC Head of People, our People & Culture Partner is a key member of the People Team to drive best-in-class people activities within the region providing a People-first employee experience.

- Employer Branding & Culture
- Performance & Career Development
- Compensation & Benefits
- Collaborate with colleagues from our global office on global initiatives

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results
- Strong project management skills to effectively initiate, plan, and execute important HR projects that creates long lasting impact on business
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment
- Strong work ethics and sense of responsibility
- Proactive and creative, unafraid of taking up challenging tasks
