This role offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of People & Culture, with the exciting opportunity to explore how AI can transform HR processes and empower our people to thrive while making a meaningful impact on our mission.What You Will Be Doing Support the People Strategy function in the rollout of key strategic people initiatives, such as company-wide learning needs analysis and career architecture frameworks Contribute to the design, execution and coordination of L&D, Engagement & Internal Communications initiatives Support the transformation of P&C processes through the use of AI and automation, including the optimisation of policy documentation to enable AI-driven improvements Support other People & Culture special projects, initiatives and programs as needed What Makes You A Great Fit Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong project management skills, with ability to work well with stakeholders and drive projects from research to planning and execution Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey ideas in a clear and structured manner Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
