**Summary**:
As the Regional President for Midea's Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success in one of the most dynamic and strategic markets. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets set by the Group while overseeing the sales performance of 25 Business Units across the APAC region. You will lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, promote a customer-centric culture, and establish Midea as a market leader in the home appliance industry.
**Responsibilities:
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Midea's overall business objectives for the APAC region.
Drive initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Group, while ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Identify new market opportunities and recommend product and service enhancements based on market trends and customer needs.
**Business Unit Management**:
Oversee the performance of 25 Business Units within the APAC region, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
Foster collaboration between Business Units to leverage synergies, best practices, and resources for optimal performance.
**Team Leadership**:
- Inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals across the APAC region. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and promote a culture of excellence.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance Midea's presence and reputation in the APAC market. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

**Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Conduct market analysis and competitor intelligence to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for presentation to senior management and the Group.

**Compliance and Ethics**:
Ensure all business activities and operations comply with local and regional laws, regulations, and Midea's ethical standards.**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years of sales leadership experience in the home appliance industry or related sectors, with a substantial portion of that experience within the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide cross-cultural teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate efficiently with our China HQ and APAC region counterparts; proficiency in additional regional languages is advantageous.
