Job Description & Requirements The Regional General Manager (RGM) is responsible to lead a team, including HODs, to oversee the operations of Asia Pacific business and manage the day‑to‑day Business Operations of the Subsidiary – comprising the Sales, Design, Project Management and Operations functions – and to work closely in coordination with the support functions – comprising finance, HR, IT, technical support & services, marketing and supply chain. The RGM is also responsible for the Company Governance that includes adherence to Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Specifications and relevant National regulations. Responsibilities Ensure compliance of Company policies, instructions, guidelines and procedures. Ensure the project management are carried out efficiently in terms of use of all resources and effectively in terms of meeting customer requirements. Ensure project performance in areas of safety, quality, cost, compliance, dependability and flexibility. Ensure an effective workplace safety & health programme to meet all requirements of safety and health laws and regulations. Ensure sound measures to meet all requirements on environmental laws. Ensure timely contract claims and payments. Build productive work relationships with client representatives (upstream) and subcontractors (downstream). Requirements Degree or diploma in either an Architectural, Civil Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical field is preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Construction industry. Project management experience. Previous experience of working with a multi‑national workforce. Analytical, meticulous and able to perform under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem‑solving skills, especially in situations of high stress. Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time. Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
