Hiring**:Growth & Lead Strategist**.

**Responsibilities**

Love digital marketing? Thrive in a blend of creativity and analytics? Here's a platform to showcase your abilities and build your portfolio
- **Manage Facebook Advertising**: Strategise, launch, and enhance our paid campaigns to attract and convert quality leads.
- **Craft Impactful Ad Copy**: Develop engaging, audience-specific copy that drives clicks and conversions.
- **Research Markets & Competitors**: Keep a lookout for industry trends, new platforms, and untapped growth opportunities.
- **Optimise Through Testing**: Conduct A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and formats to maximise performance and ROI.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure unified campaign messaging.
- **Track & Analyse Performance**: Monitor key metrics, generate actionable insights, and propose data-driven strategies for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Basic design/video editing skills (e.g. **Canva, Adobe, CapCut**)
- Able to create simple ad visuals or short-form videos for outreach
- Familiar with managing content on **Instagram, TikTok, Facebook**:

- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Undergraduate or degree holder in **Marketing, Business, Finance**, or related field
- **Proven experience** managing and optimising Facebook Ads campaigns
