We’re on the lookout for a **Social Media & Marketing Strategist** to lead and elevate our digital presence. From planning content and writing sharp copy to interpreting performance data and refining strategies, this is the perfect role for someone who blends creativity with analytical thinking.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Content Strategy & Planning** - Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
- **Content Calendar Management** - Maintain and optimise a consistent content schedule across all platforms
- **Copywriting** - Craft compelling captions, campaign messages, and website copy that resonates
- **Performance Analysis** - Track metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions; prepare quarterly performance reports
- **Insight-Driven Optimisation** - Identify trends, test ideas, and make data-backed recommendations
- **Creative Support** - Collaborate on visual assets and support with basic graphic design and video editing

**What We’re Looking For**
- A background in **Marketing, Communications, Media**, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital trends, consumer behavior, and online engagement
- Experience with tools like **Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut**, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear sense of brand tone and storytelling
- A strategic mindset that can think both creatively and analytically
