**Are you a creative thinker with a knack for digital strategy and a proven track record with Facebook Ads?**
We’re on the lookout for a **Growth & Lead Strategist** to help us attract and convert qualified leads through compelling content, smart campaigns, and data-driven decisions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Facebook Ads Management - Plan, launch and optimise targeted ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads

2. Ad Copywriting - Craft persuasive, relevant and action-oriented copy that connects with audiences

3. Market & Competitor Research - Stay informed and uncover new opportunities through regular research and trend monitoring

4. Campaign Optimisation - Analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic adjustments

5. A/B Testing - Experiment with ad variations to understand what performs best

6. Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice and goals

7. Performance Reporting - Share insights, track lead generation metrics and recommend next steps for growth

**Requirements**:

- Basic design and editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut)
- Ability to create simple graphics or videos for ads and outreach
- Comfortable managing content for Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns
