We are looking for a marketing intern who will help our Growth Marketing team drive customer activation, engagement and retention in support of key growth objectives for both GetGo Carsharing and ZipZap Car Subscription. Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing lead, this position plays an important role for the team in the day-to-day campaign management and operations.

You'll be working closely with our Growth Marketing leads to set up and execute marketing campaigns and communications across various channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, sms and direct mail.

Note: Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time internship (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) for a minimum of 6 months.

Job Description

Day to Day Activities

  • Support the development of Growth Marketing initiatives across all channels
  • Manage campaign setup and optimisation on the marketing automation platform
  • Track campaign performance and key metrics, measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation, report on results to stakeholders and management
  • Assist with ideation and implementation of marketing campaign strategies and timelines
  • Collaborate with Communications, Creative and Partnership teams to ensure best-in-class content and campaigns
  • Assist with data collection and analysis to support targeted marketing efforts and customer segmentation
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders to manage issues and enquiries arising from marketing engagements
