Are you a creative strategist with a flair for digital marketing and a proven track record in **Facebook Ads**?

We’re on the lookout for a **Growth & Lead Strategist** to lead our performance marketing efforts. If you're someone who thrives at the intersection of **creativity and analytics**, and you're passionate about generating real results through digital campaigns—this could be your next move.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Facebook Ads Management** - Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns to attract quality leads
- **Ad Copywriting** - Craft persuasive, audience-focused copy for ads and campaigns
- **Market & Competitor Research** - Stay ahead of trends, uncover insights, and identify fresh opportunities
- **Campaign Optimisation** - Monitor campaign performance and iterate to improve ROI
- **A/B Testing** - Experiment with creatives, formats, and messages to drive results
- **Team Collaboration** - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- **Performance Reporting** - Track key metrics, generate insights, and recommend next steps for growth

**What We’re Looking For**
- Basic design/video editing skills (e.g. **Canva, Adobe, CapCut**)
- Able to create simple ad visuals or short-form videos for outreach
- Familiar with managing content on **Instagram, TikTok, Facebook**:

- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Undergraduate or degree holder in **Marketing, Business, Finance**, or related field
- **Proven experience** managing and optimising Facebook Ads campaigns

**Bonus if you have**:
A portfolio, case studies, or examples of campaigns, content, or ad designs — we’d love to see what you’ve created
