Are you a creative strategist with a flair for digital marketing and a proven track record in **Facebook Ads**?

We’re on the lookout for a **Growth & Lead Strategist** to drive our performance marketing efforts. If you're someone who thrives at the intersection of **creativity and analytics**, and you're passionate about turning campaigns into real, measurable growth—this role is for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Facebook Ads Management**

Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns to attract quality leads.
- **Ad Copywriting**

Write compelling, audience-focused ad copy that converts.
- **Market & Competitor Research**

Stay ahead of digital trends, uncover insights, and identify new growth opportunities.
- **Campaign Optimisation & A/B Testing**

Test different formats, creatives, and messaging to continuously improve ROI.
- **Team Collaboration**

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure aligned, cohesive brand storytelling.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**

Analyse key metrics, generate insights, and recommend data-driven improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Basic design/video editing skills (e.g. **Canva, Adobe, CapCut**)
- Able to create simple ad visuals or short-form videos for outreach
- Familiar with managing content on **Instagram, TikTok, Facebook**:

- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Undergraduate or degree holder in **Marketing, Business, Finance**, or related field
- **Proven experience** managing and optimising Facebook Ads campaigns

**Bonus if you have**:
A portfolio, case studies, or examples of campaigns, content, or ad designs — we’d love to see what you’ve created
