We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Senior Chef, you will play a crucial role in our establishment by leading and managing the kitchen operations. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and creativity while overseeing the preparation and presentation of our delectable dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven expertise in crafting a wide variety of artisanal pizzas, including traditional, Neapolitan, and gourmet styles. Knowledge of dough preparation, proper stretching techniques, and wood-fired or brick oven cooking methods.
- Extensive experience in creating delectable pasta dishes, ranging from classic Italian favorites to innovative creations. Mastery of various pasta types, sauces, and cooking methods to deliver exceptional taste and texture.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present exquisite main courses, showcasing culinary creativity and attention to detail. Expertise in selecting, handling, and cooking different types of proteins and seasonal ingredients to achieve balanced flavors and appealing presentations.
- Menu Planning: Develop innovative and appealing menus in collaboration with the culinary team, taking into consideration seasonality, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences.
- Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional culinary skills, showcasing a wide range of cooking techniques and staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends. Ensure the highest quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the kitchen budget efficiently.
- Staff Leadership: Lead and mentor junior chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality and adherence to culinary standards.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential hazards or issues.
- Quality Control: Conduct frequent taste tests and inspections to ensure that dishes meet the desired flavor profiles and presentation standards. Continuously strive for improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing, to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Menu Costing: Assist in determining ingredient costs, portion sizes, and menu pricing to maintain profitability while delivering an exceptional dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume culinary establishment.
- Extensive culinary knowledge and proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
