Job summary

Amazon's People Experience and Technology (PxT) Strategic Programs team is seeking a dynamic Principal Product Manager who is passionate about delivering global products designed to improve the associate experience across WW Consumer.

In this role, you will lead the global program enabling us to keep that commitment for WW Consumer associates, working with PxT teams to design and deploy time and attendance solutions that improve the employee experience and meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Create the strategy, framework, roadmaps and mechanisms for pulling technology and process optimization together towards raising the bar on associate time and attendance solutions.
- Partner with key PxT partner teams spanning Business, HR, Time & Attendance Tech, Employee Services, Workforce Staffing, A to Z and Payroll.
- Own and manage the overall roadmap - owning and influencing plans, risks and change management. The roadmap covers one or more lines of business within WW Consumer across all regions and countries.
- Partner with PxT technology teams on technical roadmaps and system designs to ensure Amazon's ever-changing people technologies are developed and deployed to enable growth without sacrificing quality and controls.
- Identify PxT technology and process deficiencies impacting Amazon's ability to provide exceptional employee experience as it relates to time and attendance. This includes writing effective narratives and presenting to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate strong management, organizational, and leadership skills to facilitate effective, collaborative meetings and business governance cadences.
- Experience with Time & Attendance solutions and implementations
- Experience with different HR technologies and having the knowledge base to make recommendations for appropriate HR enabling technologies
- Ability to work independently but partner broadly
- Experience in building strategic relationships and processes at a global level
- Experience in managing and documenting Business Reviews and Roadmaps
