1. Develop new customers and establish good interpersonal relationships with new customers. And can dig deep into the old customers. Working fields in Events organizing, Brand Public Relations (PR), Creative and Production Sales, Media Sales, Media Planning.

2. Responsible for bidding and pitching, existing brand customer strategy planning and project follow-up, communicate creative ideas, and put forward professional marketing strategies for customers;
3. Comprehensively control the whole process of project proposal, quotation, profit margin management, implementation and effect evaluation. Accurately sort out the project Brief, timely convey customer needs, and closely track customer feedback and opinions. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project quality and progress.

**岗位职责：**

1、 开拓新客户，与新客户建立良好的人际关系。并能深挖老客户；工作领域为品牌活动策

划和执行、公共关系推广、创意和产品销售、媒体策划和销售；

2、负责项目投标比稿、已有品牌客户策略规划及项目跟进，沟通创意想法，为客户提出专业性的营销策略；

3、全面把控项目提案、报价、利润率管理、执行及效果评估等全流程工作。精准梳理项目Brief，及时传达客户需求，密切跟踪客户的反馈和意见。内外部资源协调，确保项目品质与进度。

**Job requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 8 years of working experience in 4A or professional advertising / Event organization. Managed a team of more than 3-5 people. Major in advertising, news, public relations, marketing are preferred. Need more than 5 years of experience in high-end FMCG marketing activities;
2. Proficient in English and Chinese Mandarin, good communication and writing skills, and excellent oral expression skills;
3. Strong creative planning ability, proposal writing ability, business negotiation ability, customer management ability, multi-project coordination and execution ability

1、 本科以上学历，8年以上4A或专业广告/活动机构工作经验，带过3-5人以上团队。广告、新闻、公关关系、市场营销等专业优先。需要5年以上高端快消品营销活动经验；

2、 精通英语和中文普通话，良好的沟通能力和写作能力，优秀的口头表达能力；

3、 具备较强的创意策划能力、方案撰写能力、商务谈判能力、客户管理能力，多项目协调执行能力；
