Aeonix is a new and upcoming company specializing in providing Public Relations, Marketing, and Branding services to our clients in the Asian region. Our goal is to be one of the top Singaporean companies assisting other companies locally and within the region to grow their businesses via effective planning, design, and execution of their marketing phases.

We are looking to place a Director who can manage all aspects related to the production and implementation of any given campaign, specifically with hands-on experience with branding and marketing in the Chinese market. This person will be responsible for strategizing, analyzing and handling all marketing operations and strategizing in accordance with the budget provided.

Objectives of this role involves:

- Overseeing and growing the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities amongst established clients and by securing new accounts
- Identifying short
- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including the development and management of annual marketing budget, profit
- and loss
- projections and expenditures
- Spearheading the execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with clients, creatives, content providers and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the target audience for the products and services
- Managing conception, development, implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive consumer interest and ultimately converting these interest into sales revenue
- Strong understanding in key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecast, competitor analysis, campaign results, consumer trends and ultimately able to translate information into actionable insights

Required experience and qualifications
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in marketing and advertising at a Director’s level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Social Sciences
- Experienced in digital and print marketing, content marketing and social media marketing in the Chinese market - Weibo, WeChat, Baidu, Taobao etc.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese censorship regulations, competition and has the ability to adapt marketing strategies to Chinese cultural norms - strong mandarin speaking and writing skills is essential
- Successful track record in a directorship role and campaign creation
