Senior Ad Sales Director

**Responsible for**
Ownership and accountability for reaching and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual advertisement sales targets.
Identifying new business development opportunities and key areas of advertising growth to support the attainment of the quarterly financial goals.
Building strong excellent working relationships with advertising brand, media buying agencies, digital agencies & sales reps.
Selling integrated Advertisement Sales Portfolio including (not limited to) digital, social, regional broadcast and event sponsorship.
Grow key accounts across markets and industries.
Leadership of Advertisement Sales team including identifying and sharing best practice across the territories and responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
**To qualify**
Must be proactive, aggressive, ambitious, goal-driven, go-getter with proven tangible results and negotiation abilities.
Over 10 years of solid advertising sales track record and have working experience across a minimum 4 territories and preferably have worked in multinational companies with no less than 100 headcounts.
Willing to think creatively in a Start-Up work culture to address customers’ needs.
Must be willing to travel regionally.
People-oriented to initiate, manage, develop relationships with direct clients & brands.
Preferably bachelor’s degree, strong written and spoken skills in English language plus one Asian vernacular.
