Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Advertising to lead the development and execution of advertising initiatives for our B2B clients. In this leadership role, you will oversee the creation of targeted ad campaigns and content assets, ensuring they align with client goals and drive measurable results across channels. You will work closely with our internal creative teams—comprising designers, content strategists, and copywriters—to deliver high-quality, purpose-driven advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee advertising strategies tailored to the unique needs of B2B clients across various sectors.
  • Lead the creation of advertising collaterals including digital ads, print materials, sales enablement content, and multimedia assets.
  • Collaborate with account managers and project leads to understand client objectives, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-brand, and results-driven delivery of all advertising projects.
  • Guide creative direction and messaging, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment with client positioning.
  • Monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and engagement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital tools, and B2B marketing best practices to inform strategy and execution.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, pitches, and client presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a strong background in B2B campaigns and content creation.
  • Proven leadership in managing advertising teams and overseeing end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into creative advertising solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, marketing automation tools, and performance analytics.
