Wild is on the hunt for a Junior Art Director. You're fueled by creativity. Run-of-the-mill just doesn't cut it for you. When it comes to aesthetics, you're a leader, not a follower. You have wacky ideas and you're not afraid to express them — and want to learn how to turn them into real-life communication strategies. You welcome constructive criticism like an old friend and you're eager to learn from senior creatives. You kick butt at time management and know how to get the job done on time and well. Attention-to-detail is in your blood and no kerning mistake can escape you. You're so well-versed in social media trends that memes could be your third language. The basics: Competency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects is a must. Bonus points for photography skills. Skilled at illustration, animation and motion graphics. You don't have to be the chattiest person around (introverts are welcome), but you gotta be able to present your ideas well. Play well with the team — you'll have to work extensively with copywriters and suits. Minimum of one to two years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or art direction is preferred, but fresh grads are welcome to apply. Sounds like you?
