Our client is a global private bank with a strong presence in the Asian markets. They are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic Team.
Your main responsibilities are to log all relevant incident request and provide lines of investigations and diagnosis. You will also support and coach other team members in the day-to-day delivery guiding them where required towards acquiring knowledge and competencies. You will also keep users informed of progress, closure and collects feedback for further analysis.
To be considered, you must have at least 3 years of experience in IT with good customer service skills. Good communication skills to manage users and clients' expectations and deliver outstanding service.
