**Responsibilities**:
- Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- HR administration- Maintain & updating employees’ personal files and system, ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences.
- Employees’ tax filing / clearance
- Provide support on other HR matters.
Payroll- Assist in the full aspect of payroll processing
- Leave system maintenance
C&B- Support and administer in performance management and appraisal
- Manage all workmen injury & compensation, medical and hospitalisation claims.
- Assist HR Manager in planning and preparing reports
- Review compensation and benefit practices, collect data and do analysis
- Any other appropriate duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Singaporean only
- Diploma in Human Resource or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a HR generalist role preferably in F&B industry.
- Good knowledge in employment law, HR Policies and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) and maturity to interact effectively with personnel of all levels including Mandarin speaking employees.
