Role Summary Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Institutional Sales – Derivatives professional will drive business development, target institutional clients in South Asia and Middle East/North Africa (MENA), execute sales strategies across exchange-traded and OTC derivatives, and manage client relationships to grow revenue and market share Key Responsibilities Develop, drive, and execute sales strategies for exchange-traded and exchange-cleared OTC derivatives to institutional clients Generate commission-based revenue from an institutional client portfolio Build and onboard new institutional clients while managing and strengthening existing relationships Grow client business share and identify new opportunities within target markets as part of a team Collaborate across internal departments (e.g., trading, operations) to facilitate onboarding and client servicing Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in institutional sales, sales trading, or dealing with institutional clients Relevant local licensing (e.g., MAS-regulated licenses) is mandatory Proficiency and experience in major global exchanges such as SGX, HKEX, CME, ICE, LME, etc. Self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent communication and client interaction skills Ability to prioritize key initiatives and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels Preferred Attributes Strong business acumen and commitment to excellence Demonstrated ability to increase client share of business and drive institutional growth If you're keen to take on a business development role in a dynamic, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
