Our Client is seeking a seasoned Broker Support Specialist to join our Treaty team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring: Deep understanding of Treaty reinsurance markets across Asia Pacific 6–8 years of hands-on experience in supporting and processing Treaty risks Key Responsibilities Manage premium recording, processing, and payments; track and resolve outstanding documentation Ensure timely closure of market documentation, with attention to Premium Payment Warranty terms Address technical queries from clients, markets, credit control, claims, and internal teams to safeguard client interests Provide regular updates and progress reports to management Maintain diary systems to ensure timely file progression Monitor signings and premium settlements; resolve queries and keep stakeholders informed Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all systems Conduct quality checks on documentation to uphold compliance standards Adhere to Miller’s internal policies and procedures, including legal, regulatory, and financial crime frameworks Comply with external requirements such as Lloyd’s byelaws and MAS regulations Represent and promote Miller’s brand and values to strengthen market reputation
