You'll gain invaluable experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to building relationships, all while contributing to a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a chance to shape careers - and your own. Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: Full-cycle recruitment experience, from sourcing to interviewing. Event planning and execution skills. Exposure to employer branding and candidate relationship management. Practical experience using recruitment tools and technologies. How you succeed You'll succeed by being proactive, organised, and genuinely enthusiastic about connecting with students and graduates. Building relationships is key - you'll be representing OCBC and creating a positive candidate experience. You'll need to quickly learn our recruitment processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment, always striving to find the best talent to drive our bank forward. What you do You will: Assist with planning and executing key recruitment events for our internship programmes. Prepare engaging recruitment materials and post jobs across various platforms. Source and identify potential candidates through databases, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals. Conduct initial interviews using effective techniques to assess candidate suitability. Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process. Who you are Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Enjoy building relationships and connecting with people. Possess hands-on experience with recruitment processes and/or event management.
