**Campus Recruitment**
- Partner closely with the Campus Recruitment Lead to develop and execute initiatives aligned to our global campus recruitment mandate.
- Assist in the global campus operations, providing end-to-end support for recruitment-related activities, such as scheduling, conducting interviewers, event planning, logístical coordination, and talent marketing.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights.
**Recruitment Coordinating**
- Assist the team in recruitment related tasks, including conducting reference checks, processing recruitment invoices, and maintaining interview tracking documents.
**Qualifications/Capabilities**
- Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in HR and/or campus recruiting.
- Available to commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship.
- Demonstrates strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Possesses a hands-on approach, meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Effective communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and various seniority levels.
- Ability to problem solve within the workflow at the first level before escalation.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities within tight deadlines.
- Proficient IT skills, familiar with search engines and databases. System knowledge in SuccessFactors, recruitment databases, MS Office, and Outlook is advantageous.
