**About the Team**

This position will be part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence where you will be working on projects and programs which enables recruiters to do their jobs better. You will be part of an international team where you'll get to interact with people primarily in HQ Shenzhen, Singapore and have exposure to colleagues based globally. We are ideally looking for a full time intern from January to May however will also be open to part-time internships depending on experience and availabilities

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Working closely with recruiters and hiring team, to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes
- Participating in recruiting programs, events, and activities when needed, including but not limited to Employer Branding Program, ATS CRM management, etc.

**Key Attributes and Background**
- Bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred), with interests in developing a career in human resource, talent acquisition and recruitment etc.,
- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
- Good time management and being able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to deliver a satisfying customer service experience
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates
