Location: Singapore Duration: 3 - 6 months, minimum 3 days a week As world-recognised maritime safety and environmental experts, RightShip have an exciting vision to influence expand its market share and our influence safety, environmental and social outcomes through a comprehensive range of new product offerings and solutions. We are looking for an HR intern to help our team with talent acquisition, recruitment processes and other HR generalist items. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, develop essential skills, and work closely with a dynamic team. One of the unique aspects of this role is the chance to interact with leaders within the organization, network with industry professionals, and make a tangible impact on our talent acquisition strategies. This internship is not just a learning experience; it's a gateway to building meaningful connections and shaping your future career. **Major Responsibilities** - Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards - Other HR generalist duties as required. **Qualifications, Skills & Experience** - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Hands on, good attitude, able to think critically and out of the box. - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
