As ASM is rapidly expanding, we have a critical need to help design, develop and streamline all aspects of Talent Acquisition operations and program therefore seeking an Intern who will be able to be part of the journey.

**A day in the life of Talent Acquisition Intern**
- A brand ambassador for ASM by supporting the talent attraction strategy
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads to design and streamline Talent Acquisition (TA) process.
- Develop reports and analysis through leveraging in house tools.
- Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Undergraduate (penultimate year) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Well-organized with great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as ‘passionate’.
