Location: Tanjong Pagar, Guoco Tower

Working Days & Hours:Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6pm

Payout:Basic + MPI + Anniversary Incentive + Performance Bonus + OT Payable

Attire: Black blazer with full black uniform

Job Duties

  • Handling all calls and messages in a timely manner and directing to the respective department
  • Updating of phone extension list as and when required
  • Attending to all walk-in guests in a friendly and professional manner and their purpose of visitation
  • Utilizing of Roxy Visitor Management System (VMS) and guiding guests on self-registration
  • Preparation of refreshments for guests and meeting rooms whenever required
  • Assist with the booking of meeting rooms
  • Sorting, distributing and recording of incoming/outgoing mails by respective departments
  • Tidy and cleaning up the rooms on different levels
  • Coordinating with the vendors whenever refreshment and stationary items are low in stock
  • Observe and reporting of faulty meeting rooms equipment and furniture
  • Providing administrative support and ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirement

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience or customer facing/handling experience
  • Min GCE "O" level and above
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills: Cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse people groups
  • Able to handle stress well and is a good team player
