Children's Strength & Conditioning Coach (Outdoor – Dempsey Hill, Singapore)

Location: Dempsey Hill, Singapore

Start Date: Immediate

Type: Part-time (per-class basis, with opportunity to grow into a full- or part-time role)

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, passionate Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead outdoor training sessions for children aged 8–16 years** in the heart of Dempsey Hill.

This isn't a clipboard-and-whistle kind of role. It's about *building confidence through movement helping kids develop strength, coordination, and resilience in an environment that's fun, engaging, and grounded in performance principles.

You'll be provided with warm leads and full session support. Sales will be handled by Laura (Founder of Super You).

Your focus? Delivering epic, high-energy sessions that make every child walk away a little physically and mentally stronger and having had a tonne of fun exploring the world around them.

What You'll Be Doing

* Coaching small groups of children (8–16 yrs) outdoors focused on strength, speed, power, agility, and movement quality.

* Designing sessions that are safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate.

* Creating an atmosphere that builds confidence, teamwork, and discipline.

* Leading with energy, encouragement, and accountability.

* Supporting progress tracking and communicating wins with parents and other team members required.

What We're Looking For

* Experience working with children; whether through sports coaching, PE teaching, or youth development.

* Established understanding of strength, conditioning as well as movement fundamentals

* Confident, positive, and professional energy that builds trust.

* Comfortable working outdoors (rain or shine).

* Available to start ideally October/November 2025.

* Certified in fitness, sports science, or related field (preferred).

* Bonus: Background in team sports or youth performance training.
