Your Mission
- Own high-ticket consultations, close serious long-term clients, and help drive Surge's growth through strategic partnerships
- Ensure every new client's first weeks with Surge are smooth, supported and aligned with their goals
What You Will Do – Sales (Core Responsibility)
- Conduct all booked in-person consultations across our three locations
- Present and close premium training packages (typically S$4,000–S$5,000+)
- Maintain a minimum 70% close rate and targeted number of monthly closed clients
- Manage follow-ups, objections and pipeline using our CRM (ActiveCampaign) and booking system (Mindbody)
What You Will Do – Business Development (Non-Peak Hours)
- Identify and reach out to ideal corporate partners for wellness and performance programmes
- Open doors with HR, leadership teams and decision-makers to set meetings and pilot programmes
- Build relationships with healthcare and longevity partners (e.g. clinics, doctors, physios) to create referral pathways
- Explore premium local partnerships (condos, clubs, hotels, embassies, expat groups) around each Surge location
- Support in planning, organising and attending talks, workshops and small activations that position Surge as the go-to premium training provider
What You Will Do – Client Success (New Clients)
- Follow up with newly onboarded clients in their first 2–4 weeks to ensure they feel supported and confident
- Check that expectations, scheduling and communication with their coach are aligned
- Flag any early issues or risks to the Co-Founders so we can protect client experience and retention
How Your Week Will Look
- Peak hours (mornings/evenings): consultations, follow-ups, WhatsApp/phone closing work, next-step booking
- Non-peak hours (late mornings/afternoons): BD outreach, meetings, proposal follow-up, planning events and partnerships
- Weekly reporting on both Sales (consults, closes, revenue) and BD progress (meetings, partnerships, activations) directly to the Co-Founders
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven success in high-ticket sales (S$4,000+ products or packages)
- Experience in fitness, health, wellness, coaching or other premium services is a strong advantage
- Polished communication, excellent listening skills and comfort speaking with executives and high-net-worth individuals
- Strong closer mindset, high personal standards, and genuine interest in health, performance and longevity
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable moving between locations and managing your own schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range S$3,000–6,000 per month, depending on experience and performance
- Commission on all closed packages (structure discussed at interview)
- Two 1-on-1 personal training sessions per week with an associate trainer (mandatory, so you live and understand the service)
- Transport reimbursement between locations for back-to-back appointments within one hour
- Direct access and reporting to the Co-Founders, with clear growth potential as Surge expands
